Verification documents requested may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of mobile number ownership, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
All transactions on ak999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR, with no currency conversion required. Account balances are displayed in PKR at all times.

The minimum deposit on ak999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though payment processors may impose their own transaction limits which are outside of ak999's control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted, subject to standard account verification requirements being met. Withdrawals to NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank accounts via IBFT are typically processed within thirty minutes. Withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing timeline.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. AK999 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If the payment method you wish to withdraw to differs from the method used for your deposit, additional verification may be required.
AK999 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are outside of AK999's control and are the account holder's responsibility.
AK999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reason to believe was made fraudulently, was made using a payment method not owned by the account holder, or that contravenes these Terms in any way. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method where possible, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
AK999 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP Club loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Most bonuses on ak999 are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus funds, or winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the offer.
Not all games on ak999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games including Live Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 25%; and some game types may contribute 0%. AK999 monitors for bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus mechanics; placing bets designed to artificially meet wagering requirements without genuine game play; and using any automated or third-party betting tool to fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, ak999 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the account without refund of deposits.
Weekly cashback rewards issued through the AK999 VIP Club are paid in PKR and carry no wagering requirement — they can be withdrawn or played immediately upon credit. Cashback is calculated on net losses during the preceding calendar week and credited every Monday. VIP tier progression is automatic and based on cumulative activity. AK999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and reward rates with fourteen days' prior notice to affected players.
If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active in your account and the associated wagering requirements have not yet been met, ak999 may at its discretion either decline the withdrawal request until requirements are met, or cancel the active bonus and process the withdrawal of your real-money balance only.
By placing a bet on any game on ak999, you accept the outcome of that game as final. Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for software-based games, and by real physical equipment operated by trained dealers on camera for live casino games. AK999 does not alter, influence, or predict game outcomes after bets are placed. The published RTP (return-to-player) percentage for each game reflects the statistical long-term return over millions of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
In the event of a software malfunction, technical failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game or prevents a game round from completing normally, ak999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. AK999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a void round. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of a result or payout amount, the correct outcome as determined by the server log will take precedence over any information displayed on the player's device.
It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during game play. AK999 is not responsible for game outcomes affected by the player's connectivity. In most game types, a disconnection during an active round will result in the game being completed as per the server-side state at the time of disconnection, with the result credited to the player's account accordingly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak999 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:

Accounts that remain inactive for twelve consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee. The fee amount and conditions will be communicated to the account holder via their registered mobile number prior to commencement. Players can prevent inactivity fees by simply logging in to their account and performing any activity at least once every twelve months.
